Ayurveda is meant for the physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being of the individual. This is done through a two pronged strategy from a management perspective. It seeks to preserve the health of a healthy person through preventive care and also cure diseases by adopting appropriate therapeutic measures.
Ayurveda or the science of life is the system of medicine that has given utmost importance to the life style of the individual.
It dictated the daily regimen and the seasonal regimen to the humans for the sustenance of health.
A major chunk of the diseases, which are crippling today’s society originated because of defective lifestyles and that needs to be corrected. Which is where we come in.
Aradhana Ayurveda Wellness and Research Centre is a unique location that seeks to bring wellness to anyone who needs it. A one of its kind facility, the Centre’s geographical reach encompasses Telangana, Marathwada and Vidarbha. The centre is located just 24 kms from the temple town of Basara, and is located close to the national highway leading to Maharashtra.
Sprawled across ten acres of land on the outskirts of Bhainsa, in Nirmal district of Telangana, this unique Ayurveda wellness centre is modelled on the lines of a Health Village. This extensive facility comes with extensive support facilities, including authentic ayurvedic treatment and modern, comfortable accommodation. Blessed with nature’s beauty and absolute serenity, Aradhana Ayurveda helps in rejuvenation of your mind and body.
The facility is the brainchild of Dr Raja Reddy, an ayurvedic practitioner, who completed 20yrs of service, hails from Bhainsa . The idea to set up this modern, yet traditional Ayurvedic Wellness Centre was prompted by the fact that modern day lifestyles are increasingly impacting the health of people across all age groups. Dr Reddy decided that in order to provide comprehensive care, one needs to have specialists who have been groomed in their ability to understand the depth of the problem and then innovate by providing appropriate care.
He set out by recruiting the best of the best from Kerala, the place where Ayurveda was honed to perfection, from centuries. Not just being content with exceptionally talented people, Dr Reddy decided that they also need to be provided with top quality herbs and oils that are a part and parcel of traditional Ayurvedic healing process.
The Dhanvantari Administrative block is built in traditional architecture with aesthetically carved pillars, cool tiled rooftops, captivating trees, reception area, spacious waiting hall with more than adequate seating arrangement along with doctors consulting rooms, pharmacy, and a well-maintained library. The beautiful well sculptured Dhanvanthari statue and a vintage style carved pillars at the entrance provides creates a perfect welcome.
The breezy air from thick small forest rockery passes through the beautifully well-designed air passage wall at the rear and open sky plantation of trees inside the building provides natural light and creates the feeling of a natural environment. The staff here is very politely mannered.
